Inclusion Criteria
Female patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer with combined serratus block with pecs 1 block
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patient with history of allergy to the local anaesthetic
Infection at the injection site
Patient with coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the quality of recovery by QOR-15 score at 48 hours after undergoing modified radical mastectomy with serratus plane block and PECS1 block and without block procedure. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: the outcome will be assessed/estimated at baseline, every 24 hours and 48 hours
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hemodynamic parameters (HR, SBP, DBP, MAP) every 15 min intraoperatively, every 6 hrs postoperatively for 24 hrs. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Postoperative pain score VAS at rest and arm abduction (1,6,12,24,48hrs ) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Time to first morphine request <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Cumulative morphine consumption <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Adverse events (PONV, Ramsay sedation score, pruritus) <br/ ><br>Patients satisfaction scale at 48 hrs postoperatively <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Duration of hospital stay <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 48 hours
