- •Age 18-65 years (not retired); Diagnosis: mental and behavioural disorders (ICD F00-F99); Completed inpatient rehabilitation treatment and approval/referral for outpatient follow-up care
排除标准
- •Insufficient knowledge of the German language; Acute psychiatric, dementia or acute disease with urgent need for medical treatment that postpones or counteracts rehabilitation; Patients whose onset of ambulant after-care is already prior to the start of the survey are not included in the study
