1) 19 years old or older
2) Primary cancer site as the following head and neck cancer: oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx and hypopharynx, nasal cavity and paranasal sinus, nasopharynx
3) Histological diagnosis is squamous cell carcinoma (however, including cases with similar clinical course comparable to squamous cell carcinoma, for example, undifferentiated cancer)
4) Patients who have no distant metastasis
5) Patients whose curative treatment is determined as radiotherapy or chemoradiation
6) A person who signed written informed consent after voluntarily understanding the clinical research
1) Diagnosis of salivary gland cancer
2) Histologic type is not squamous cell carcinoma
3) Patients scheduled for radical surgery
4) Patients with distant metastasis
5) Patients who underwent major surgery requiring general anesthesia within 4 weeks of study registration
6) Those with a history of other malignancies within the past 3 years (excluding cured skin basal cell carcinoma, cervical epithelial cancer, superficial bladder cancer, and differentiated thyroid cancers)
