Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing renal transplantation
2. Willing to give informed consent
3. ASA grade 2 and 3
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Age below 18 yrs and above 60 yrs
3. Patients undergoing combined Liver-Kidney transplant
4. Patients with hepatic pathology
5. Patients with associated cardiac pathology
6. Patients with poorly controlled psychosis
7. Patients with hypersensitivity to the study drug
