Inclusion Criteria
- •patients 65 years of age or older; hospitalized in medical or surgical units; admitted for more than 48 hours; informed consent of the patient or legal guardian
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with enteral or parenteral nutrition on admission; terminally ill patients or patients with a primary diagnosis of cancer; patients admitted to critical care units
