- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome of the present study is the objectively measured performance in different cognitive subdomains. By using neuropsychological testing procedures, delcarative memory performance (Hopkins Verbal Learning Test - Revised), Response Inhibition (INHIB), attention (Trail Maiking Test - A) as well as task shifting (Trail Making Test - B) will be assessed. All perfomances will be measured at the following three time points:
T0 = Baseline
T1 = After the experimental induction of cognitive fatigue
T2 = After the intervention
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method As secondary outcome subjective perceived mental state conditions are defined. The Multidimensional Mood State Questionnaire (MDBF) as well as visual analogue scales will be used as measurement tools. Both will be applied at all measurement time points:
T0 = Baseline
T1 = After the experimental induction of cognitive fatigue
T2 = After the intervention
