Inclusion Criteria
- •Primary insomnia
- •Subjects with age ranging from 18 to 50 years old belonging to both the genders would be recruited
- •Willingness to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •Secondary insomnia
- •History of cerebro vascular accident
- •Psychological illness
- •Those who are under medication for insomnia
