入选标准

  • 1) Mild Neurocognitive Disorder patients who meet Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-5) criteria
  • 2) Korean version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA-K) scores less than 22
  • 3) Education level of more than 6 years
  • 4) Participants who understood the purpose of this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form

排除标准

  • 1) Alzheimer, vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, huntington's disease, hydrocephalus
  • 2) Presenting mental disorder including schizophrenia, delusional disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, substance-related disorders, and etc. based on DSM-5
  • 3) Presence or history of neurological disorders, including epilepsy, regional brain damage, head injury, stroke, and etc.
  • 4) Receiving treatments or participating other clinical study within the last 4 weeks due to Mild Neurocognitive Disorder
  • 5) Having test for Mild Neurocognitive Disorder within the last 12 weeks
  • 6) Pregnant or lactating women
  • 7) Unstable medical state (assessment by research doctor with vital signs, laboratory test, ECG test)
  • 8) Hypertension, blood pressure excessing 160mmHg systolic and 95mmHg diastolic
  • 9) Significant liver disease or excessing serum AST, ALT, ?-GTP levels than twice over references
  • 10) Unavailable to measure f-NIRS
  • 11) Disagreement with acupuncture treatment
  • 12) Participant, who is probably uncooperative in the study or judged by researcher as difficult to finish the study
