Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •primary osteoarthritis knee diagnosed with ACR criteria with age more than 50 years and presence of crepitus on active motion and less than 30 minutes of morning stiffness with bony tenderness and bony overgrowth with no palpable warmth of synovium with KL grade 1 and 2 and nonresponders to standard of care for oa knee and radiological confirmed oa knee
Exclusion Criteria
- •secondary oa knee and any prior knee surgery and any connective tissue disorder and serious neurological or psychiatric disorder and patient on anticoagulants and any fracture and vascular disease of lower limbs and joint effusions and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and blood platelet count less than or equal to one lakh fifty thousand per microlitres and hepatitis b c or hiv
