1. Participants willing to participate.
2. Participants referred from orthopedic OPD to Physiotherapy OPD with chronic mechanical low back pain age group of 20 to 40 years.
3. Both males and females with mechanical low back pain lasting more than 12 weeks.
4. Participants with at least 60° range of motion of shoulder.
5. Participants with mild to moderate pain on NPRS
1. Participants with acute or subacute low back pain.
2. Participants with congenital or traumatic shoulder conditions.
3. Participants with a history of spinal surgery,
osteoporosis, Ankylosing spondylitis
4. neurological loss (i.e., lower extremity weakness and sensory loss),
5. pain or paresthesia below the knee,
pregnancy,
6. scoliosis, or leg length discrepancy.

Name Time Method Muscle Onset latency and Recruitment Pattern will be assessed using electromyographyTimepoint: 3 sessions per week muscle onset latency and recruitment pattern will be assessed using Electromyograph before the 1st session and after completion of 3 weeks and 6 weeks
