BMI should be less than 18.5
Moderate to severe pain intensity on the NPRS
Persistent primary dysmenorrhea of more than 2 months,
Remained absent during menstruating days due to primary dysmenorrhea.
WaLIDD Score >5
Participants who can understand Hindi, Gujrati and English
No history of pregnancy, musculoskeletal or neurological disorders, chronic low back pain or sacroiliac dysfunction, diabetes, polycystic ovary disease, pelvic infection or pelvic pain and any other pelvic pathologies
Subjects using any medications (including hormonal contraception) for at least last 2 months.
Developing irregular menstrual cycle
Becoming reluctant with continuing the study protocol for any reason
