- •INCLUSION CRITERIA:
- •1) Females of age 25-40 years
- •2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I -II patients
- •3) Body mass index 18 - 30kg/m2
- •4) Patients undergoing Laparoscopic sterilization surgeries under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •1) Known hypersensitivity to any of the study drugs
- •2) Patients who had previous abdominal surgery and those on magnesium therapy
- •3) Patients with respiratory, cardiac , liver and renal disorders
- •4) Patients who are using analgesics, sedatives, beta blockers and anticonvulsants
