- •1. ASA Physical Status I and II
- •2. Age-18 to 50 years
- •3. Sex â?? Both Male and Female
- •4. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •Following patients were excluded from this study:-
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. ASA physical status III and IV,
- •3. Patients having difficult airway,
- •4. Bronchial asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or any other
- •respiratory diseases,
- •5. Liver diseases,
- •6. Heart diseases, Conduction blocks
- •7. Hypertensive patients
- •8. Patients taking clonidine, methyl-dopa, beta blockers, benzodiazepines, MAO
- •9. Morbid obesity,
- •10. Renal diseases,
- •11. Diabetes,
- •12. Neurological illnesses, Myopathies, and
- •13. Allergy to the study drugs
