入选标准
- •a)patients belonging to asa class 1 2 or 3
- •b)patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years of either sex
- •c) patients posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
- •d) patients giving valid informed consent.
排除标准
- •a) patients refusal for consent.
- •b) patients who taking ccb,beta blockers, opioids.
- •c) allergy to any study drugs.
- •d) patients with known cervical spine disease
- •e) known or suspected difficult airway
- •f) known case of cardiovascular disease, neuromuscular disease
- •g) patients with risk of aspiration.. pregnant patients,full stomach patients
