Inclusion Criteria
Pain symptoms without acute neurological deficits and without radicular components
- Duration of complaint > 12 weeks for conservative therapy
- Capable of working or retired temporarily / permanently due to reduced earning capacity or retired due to age
- Ability to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Signs of inflammatory activity of bacterial or rheumatological origin
- Existence of acute neurological deficits, tumor disease
- Relevant secondary illnesses with regard to impairment of the ability to consent, exercise or exercise capacity

Name Time Method The main target variable is the value of the von Korff scale describing the stages of chronic pain.

Name Time Method English: Other variables are:<br>- which therapy modules are rated as helpful by the patient (Likert scales for each therapy unit),<br>- How many therapy modules were rated as helpful by the patients and whether this had an effect on depression (HADS-D), everyday activity (Oswestry Disability Index), quality of life (SF-12), self-efficacy despite pain (FESS) and avoidance behavior (FABQS) Has.<br>- Which resolutions were really implemented after the therapy (comparing answers from questionnaire after 4 weeks (discharge) and after 3 months (follow-up))<br>- and how this affects the main target variable (stage of chronification).
