Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pain symptoms without acute neurological deficits and without radicular components
- •\- Duration of complaint \> 12 weeks for conservative therapy
- •\- Capable of working or retired temporarily / permanently due to reduced earning capacity or retired due to age
- •\- Ability to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Signs of inflammatory activity of bacterial or rheumatological origin
- •\- Existence of acute neurological deficits, tumor disease
- •\- Relevant secondary illnesses with regard to impairment of the ability to consent, exercise or exercise capacity
