- 18 Years to 99 Years (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •1) min age 18 years
- •2) pain since at least for 6 weeks OR recurrent pain despite specialized treatment
- •3) limitation of daily life and percieved health related quality of life because of pain
- •4) risk for chronicity of pain
- •5) actual sick leave of at least 4 weeks OR cumulative sick leave of at least 6 weeks during the past 12 months
- •6) pain relevant diagnosies regarding localization and other conditions
- •7) pending decision about surgery procedures
- •8) extensive medical utilization of health care system
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) cancer of any kind
- •2) relevant psychological or psychiatric disorder
- •3) already existing history of chronic pain in the past/actual
