Inclusion Criteria
All male patient with diagnosis of Hypospadias presenting for the first time to the urology clinic who are planned for surgery and whose parents/legal guardians are willing to participate in study after written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Previously operated patients planned for re-do repair
Patients with other associated congenital or functional abnormalities of bladder or urethra.
Patients/Guardians who refuse to give consent to participate in the study.
Patients with active UTIs.

Name Time Method To study and compare the incidence rate of fistulae in patients undergoing urethroplasty as part of hypospadias repair with transurethral diversion vs suprapubic diversion.Timepoint: 18 months

Name Time Method To study and compare all immediate post-operative complications classified according to Clavien-Dindo scale happening in patients undergoing urethroplasty with transurethral diversion vs suprapubic diversion. <br/ ><br>To study and compare the late post-operative complications including meatal stenosis, stricture in patients undergoing urethroplasty with transurethral diversion vs suprapubic diversion. <br/ ><br>To formulate a protocol with respect to placement of transurethral diversion vs suprapubic diversion in patients undergoing urethroplasty as part of hypospadias repair.Timepoint: 18 months
