- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Patient pain score. Timepoint: a day before and after surgery, and during 6 month after surgery. Method of measurement: pain by VAS score.;Recurrent disc herniation. Timepoint: During 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Recurrent signs and symptoms of the patient and radiologic evidences on MRI.;Discitis and steomyelitis. Timepoint: During 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Patient's signs and symptoms, lab datas (WBC, ESR and CRP), Evidences on MRI.
