Group I
1.Skeletal Class II malocclusion
2.Non growing patient
3.Acute nasolabial angle
4.Orthognathic mandible
5.Anteroposterior discrepancy not more than 10 mm (avg MD width of 1st molar)
6.Ready to give Written Informed Consent
Group II
1.Skeletal Class III malocclusion
2.Acceptable facial profile at CR (Centric Relation)
3.Normal Antero-posterior position of maxilla
4.Maxillary incisor to SN plane within 120
5.Negative overjet after decompensation of mandibular incisors within 11 mm. (avg M-D width of mandibular 1st molar.
6.Non growing patient/ Adult patient
7.Ready to give Written Informed Consent
1.Systemic diseases
2.Patient with severe discrepancy and indicated for orthognathic surgery
3.Non compliant patient
4.Not willing to complete the follow up
