1) Adults 18 years of age or older
2) A history of suicidal thoughts with suicidal intention within 1 month or suicide attempt within 2 months of enrollment in the study, those who meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (5th Edition) (DSM-5) for major depressive disorder and have no psychotic findings confirmed by the The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI)
3) Those who have the capacity to agree to participate in the study
Note: Subjects must be able to use the smartphone app/web to use the intensive case management service
1) When the clinician determines that acute psychiatric hospitalization is clinically necessary due to the urgent risk of suicide of the subject at the time of enrollment
