  • •Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in department of surgery, Ramathibodi hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Open cholecystectomy
  • •Common bile duct injury occurring cholecystectomy
  • •Concomitant acute pancreatitis
  • •De\-compensated Liver cirrhosis
  • •Morphine and marcaine allergy
  • •Critically ill patients
  • •Patients who refuse to participate the study
