- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in department of surgery, Ramathibodi hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •Open cholecystectomy
- •Common bile duct injury occurring cholecystectomy
- •Concomitant acute pancreatitis
- •De\-compensated Liver cirrhosis
- •Morphine and marcaine allergy
- •Critically ill patients
- •Patients who refuse to participate the study
