Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery, aged between 19 and 80 yr and American associate of anesthesiologists physical status I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient who do not understand this study's aim or refusal
  • •Body mass index \> 35 kg/m2
  • •infection in the injection site
  • •severe coagulopathy
  • •severe respiratory disease
  • •allergy to study medication
  • •peripheral neuropathy in the operated limb
