Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery, aged between 19 and 80 yr and American associate of anesthesiologists physical status I\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient who do not understand this study's aim or refusal
- •Body mass index \> 35 kg/m2
- •infection in the injection site
- •severe coagulopathy
- •severe respiratory disease
- •allergy to study medication
- •peripheral neuropathy in the operated limb
