1.Patients posted for elective surgeries requiring general anesthesia and nasotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Known airway anomaly,
Nasal pathology,
Anticipated difficult intubation,
Presence of upper respiratory infection, cough, bleeding disorder.
