- •1. ASA grading 1 and 2 .
- •2. BMI <= 30 kg/m2.
- •3. Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. Pre existing neurological and neuromuscular disorders.
- •2. Pre existing cardiovascular disease.
- •3. Known liver and kidney disease.
- •4. Contraindication or previous adverse response to any of the study drugs.
- •5. Patients on any drugs known to interfere with the metabolism of NDMR.
- •6. Patients with documented electrolyte disorders.
