- •1. Cases of Therapeutic Keratoplasty in patients of fungal keratitis.
- •2. Cases of TPK with graft size 11 mm or less.
- •3. Cases of TPK with graft cell count more than 1600 cells/mm3
- •4. Patients willing for giving consent in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Cases of therapeutic keratoplasty having graft size 12 mm or more
- •2. Cases with posterior segment involvement having moderate to severe vitritis.
- •3. Cases not giving consent for study.
- •4. Cases having known allergic reaction to either drugs.
