入选标准
- •1. Adults (age > 18yrs)
- •2. Nephrotic range proteinuria (Urine Pr/Cr ratio > 3 g/g)
- •3. Biopsy proven Primary Membranous Glomerulonephritis (IMN)
- •4. eGFR > 30 ml/min (MDRD)
排除标准
- •1. Secondary forms of Membranous glomerulonephritis
- •2. Use of immunosuppressant in past 12 weeks
- •3. Presence of contraindications to use of immunosuppressants i.e., pregnancy, active infection
- •4.eGFR< 30 ml/min (MDRD)
- •5.Inadequate follow-up
