Inclusion Criteria
Idiopathic membranous nephropathy had been confirmed by kidney biopsy; Patients have proteinuria more than 3000 mg per day. Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary Idiopathic membranous nephropathy; Patients with sensitivity to Tacrolimus.
