Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults (age > 18yrs)
2. Nephrotic range proteinuria (Urine Pr/Cr ratio > 3 g/g)
3. Biopsy proven Primary Membranous Glomerulonephritis (IMN)
4. eGFR > 30 ml/min (MDRD)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Secondary forms of Membranous glomerulonephritis
2. Use of immunosuppressant in past 12 weeks
3. Presence of contraindications to use of immunosuppressants i.e., pregnancy, active infection
4.eGFR< 30 ml/min (MDRD)
5.Inadequate follow-up
