Inclusion Criteria
Patient with first onset of unilateral stroke resulting in hemiplegia
Ambulatory with or without device for at least 10 meters.
Ability to understand and follow verbal commands.
Mini mental scale 23 -30
Time up and go test ,time taken should be more than 14 seconds
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with any recent trauma.
Patient with no other neurological deficit other than stroke
Patients having undergone surgery in last six months.
