Inclusion Criteria
1.People diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke
2.Stroke Patient with an affected trunk and upper limb
3.Mini mental scale more than 24
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with communication problem
2. Brainstem or cerebellar stroke
3. Patient with orthopedic and neurological disorder (other than stroke)
4. Psychiatric patient
