Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients undergoing elective neurosurgical procedures who are fully conscious
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Preoperative disturbance of consciousness
- •2\.Patients with disease that could impact post\-operative recovery (e.g.,kyphoscoliosis, chronic kidney disease, or severe psychological or mental
- •illness) or pregnancy
- •3\.Patient with a life\-threatening condition (ASA physical status IV or V).
- •4\.Refusal of consent
