Primiparous women; over 18 years old; single-fetus pregnancy, a pregnant woman with usual risk pregnancy and who has not performed any preparation intervention for the pelvic floor muscles.
Pregnant women who have clinical and / or obstetric complications; with previous pelvic or vaginal surgery; presence of pelvic organ prolapses that extend beyond the vaginal introite; those with intolerance to vaginal palpation, inability to perform contraction of the pelvic floor muscles; acute or chronic vaginal infections; women with difficulty in understanding the proposed procedures; with motor / neurological deficit of the lower limbs and those who have already used prenatal methods of pelvic floor preparation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pelvic floor muscle function assessed by vaginal palpation using the PRFECT scheme and manometry using the Peritron appliance (Cardio Design PtyLtd, Oakleigh, Victoria, Australia). During pregnancy and after 45-60 days of childbirth.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method rinary symptoms by the King's Health Questionnaire (KHQ).<br>Sexual function will be assessed using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire. During pregnancy and after 45-60 days of childbirth.
