Any child satisfying all of the following 4 criteria â??
•One of the following neurodevelopmental disabilities irrespective of etiology and severity- significant delay in any domain, including cerebral palsy and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
•Aged between 6 months and 3 years
•Enrolled in Early intervention at our center for a minimum period of 3 months
•Possessing a smart phone and internet connection and able to use WhatsApp messaging and video.
Exclusion criteria-
•Taking treatment for the mentioned disorder from any other source other than our center
•Uncontrolled seizure disorder or any other co-morbidity requiring frequent hospital visits.

Name Time Method To compare the outcome of early intervention delivered through teletherapy in children with neurodevelopmental disorders to that delivered in a conventional manner as assessed by changes in the Goal Attainment Scale T score <br/ ><br> and BSID IV(if available) over a period of 6 monthsTimepoint: 1. At recruitment - baseline Goal Attainment Scale score <br/ ><br>2. At 3 months - review Goal Attainment Scale score; reset goals and activities as required <br/ ><br>3. At 6 months - final Goal Attainment Scale score

To compare the level of parental satisfaction in children with neurodevelopmental disabilities delivered early intervention through teletherapy with that delivered in a conventional manner over a period of 6 months. <br/ ><br>2. To compare parental compliance in children with neurodevelopmental disabilities delivered early intervention through teletherapy to that delivered in a conventional manner over a period of 6 months. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1. At recruitment - questionnaire for demographic details <br/ ><br>2. At 3 months - follow-up of compliance to therapy via mobile phone calls <br/ ><br>3. At 6 months - questionnaire for parents about satisfaction of services provided during therapy (conventional and teletherapy); questionnaire for therapist regarding application of teletherapy and conventional therapy
