- •Willing to provide written informed consent
- •Duration of surgery not more than 2 hrs
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Known allergy to local anaesthetics or magnesium sulphate
- •Coagulopathy or on anticoagulants
- •Infection at block site
- •Severe hepatic, renal or cardiac disease
- •BMI more than 35kg per meter square
- •Chronic opioid or analgesic abuse
- •Neurological or psychiatric illness affecting pain assessment
- •Pregnancy or lactation
