Inclusion Criteria
Patient of ASA grade 1 and 2, BMI 20-35kg/m2 , who has given valid written informed consent for infra umbilical elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia .
Exclusion Criteria
Patient Refusal,Lack Of Informed Written Consent, Coagulopathy, Spinal deformity, infection At The Injection Site, ASA grade 3 and 4, Allergic Reaction to Local Anaesthetic Drugs And Adjuvants, on Anticoagulants, History of Seizure And Neurological Deficit, Pregnant Females, Severe Hepatic/Renal/Respiratory/Cardiovascular Disease, Surgeries Started With Subarachnoid Block But Converted to General Anaesthesia in Between It Will be Exempted From The Sudy.
