Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\.Presence of cardinal features of Peenasa
•2\.History of at least 4 episodes in last 1 year
•3\.Patient fit for Nasya karma

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Patient suffering from other infectious disease
•2\.Patient suffering from severe systemic disorders like HTN DM cardiac and renal pathology
•3\.Patient who are not fit for nasya karma
