•1.Age 18-70 years old
•2. Patient have confirmed diagnosis of urethral stricture included.
•3.Controlled case of diabetes mellitus (hba1c <7% & RBS <180 mg/dl ) and hypertension( <150/90mm Hg)
•4.Post-surgery or Post mechanical trauma

•1.Patient below the age of 18 years or above the age of 70 years.
•2.Patient have impacted calculus in the urethra and urinary bladder neck, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
•3.Nephrotic syndrome and Neoplasm of lower urinary tract, Urinary tract infection.
•4.Urinary bladder neck obstruction
•5.Congenital urethral stricture.
•6. Patient with systemic disease like HIV, HBsAg.
•7. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c >7% & RBS >180mg/dl), Hypertension ( >150/90 mm hg)
•8.Patient with coagulopathy like hemophilia.
•9.Patient with malignancy.
