Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age 18\-70 years old
  • •2\. Patient have confirmed diagnosis of urethral stricture included.
  • •3\.Controlled case of diabetes mellitus (hba1c \<7% \& RBS \<180 mg/dl ) and hypertension( \<150/90mm Hg)
  • •4\.Post\-surgery or Post mechanical trauma

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient below the age of 18 years or above the age of 70 years.
  • •2\.Patient have impacted calculus in the urethra and urinary bladder neck, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
  • •3\.Nephrotic syndrome and Neoplasm of lower urinary tract, Urinary tract infection.
  • •4\.Urinary bladder neck obstruction
  • •5\.Congenital urethral stricture.
  • •6\. Patient with systemic disease like HIV, HBsAg.
  • •7\. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c \>7% \& RBS \>180mg/dl), Hypertension ( \>150/90 mm hg)
  • •8\.Patient with coagulopathy like hemophilia.
  • •9\.Patient with malignancy.
