入选标准
- •Adult patients scheduled for breast surgery, parotid surgery, thyroid surgery, gynaecological surgeries.
- •Aged between 20-60 years
- •ASA physical status I or II
- •At a high risk for PONV with at least 2 of the 4 risk factors mentioned below
- •1 Female patients
- •2 Non smoking status
- •3 Past h/o PONV or motion sickness
- •4 Postoperative opioid use
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant patient
- •2. Menstruating patients
- •3. History of GERD
- •4. Antemetic medication, nausea or vomiting prior to surgery
- •5. Major intraabdominal,thoracic, pelvic and reconstructive surgeries
