入排标准

入选标准

  • •Patients who were diagnosed by the cardiologist with IHD including myocardial infarction, angina, or who with or without revascularization after 1 month of the event with ejection fraction between 30%-45% and referred routinely for cardiac
  • •rehabilitation

排除标准

  • •Patients with unstable angina, severe pulmonary
  • •hypertension, myocarditis, cardiomyopathies and corrected
  • •as well as uncorrected valvular disease.
  • •? Patients with impaired hearing and vision - as they will not
  • •co-operate and adhere to the treatment.
  • •? Patient not able to ambulate - as exercise tolerance test
  • •won’t be able to measure.
  • •? Patients with Health Questionnaire-9 score >4 (as
  • •depressed patients will have less compliance. Patients
  • •identified to have depression scores less than or equal to 4
  • •will be referred for appropriate counseling).
  • •? Breathlessness with New York Heart Association (NYHA)
  • •class IV (patients with fatigue, palpitations, dyspnea at
  • •rest). (Appendix-I)
  • •? Patients not willing to give consent.
