入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of either sex in the age range of 18-65years undergoing elective spine surgery under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Patients with any brain pathology such as tumour, brain abscess, traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- •Patients with coronary artery disease(CAD), renal or hepatic insufficiency
- •Known psychiatric disorders or on antipsychotic/ antidepressants medications.
- •Allergy to the study drug i.e ketamine.
- •Patients with coronary artery disease, ischemic stroke, hemodynamically unstable patients.
- •Inability to obtain adequate TCD window.
- •Pregnant or lactating patient.
- •Refusal to participate in the study.
