- •American Society of Anaesthesiology class I and II
- •Weight 50-70kgs
- •Patients scheduled for elective supratentorial brain tumour surgeries more than 2.5cm ,symptomatic and with radiological evidence of raised Intracranial pressure
排除标准
- •American Society of Anaesthesiology class III,IV and V
- •Predicted difficult airway
- •Non consenting patients
- •History of allergy with Ketamine
- •Pregnant and lactating females
- •Patients with organ dysfunction
