入选标准
- •1.Patient with both sexes with age between 4-12 years
- •2. ASA I and II physical status.
- •3. Patient undergoing elective minor surgical procedures below umbilicus lasting less than60 minutes.
- •4. No anticipated difficult airway (Mallampati Grade I or II)
排除标准
- •1. Patients at risk of aspiration â?? upper GI surgery, gastroesophageal disease, not fasted.
- •2. Patients with oropharyngeal pathology
- •3. Patients who require high positive pressure ventilation â?? eg. Pulmonary fibrosis.
- •4. Patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary and renal disease
- •5. Hypersensitivity to halogenated anaesthetic agents or propofol.
- •6. ASA III and IV physical status
- •7. Difficult airway (Mallampati Grade III or IV)
