Inclusion Criteria
3-15 kgs children
Normal airway
Scheduled for surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
•Children with congenital anomaly
•Children with difficult airway.
•Children with heart disease
•Children with reactive airway disease
•Children with metabolic disease
•Children weighing less than 3 kg or more than 15 kg
