All pregnant females with singleton pregnancy.
1.Patients with Preoperative hypotension, 2.Pregnancy‑induced hypertension, 3.Eclampsia, 4.Essential hypertension (diagnosed on history, BP records, and lab findings on antenatal visits), 5.Any known cardiovascular disease (valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathies) 6.Failed spinal block 7.Total spinal converted to general anesthesia 8.CS indication secondary to placenta previa.
