Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade 1 or 2 patients with knee joint pain for anterior cruciate ligament repair

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with BMI more than 30
  • •local infections
  • •anatomic deformities
  • •coagulation disorders
  • •allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •fentanyl or clonidine
  • •unwilling to participate
