Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade 1 or 2 patients with knee joint pain for anterior cruciate ligament repair
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with BMI more than 30
- •local infections
- •anatomic deformities
- •coagulation disorders
- •allergy to local anaesthetics
- •fentanyl or clonidine
- •unwilling to participate
