1. TSH above 5.2 μIU/mL will be included.
2. Diagnosed cases will be included.
3. Those who are taking conventional treatment will be taken.
4. Patient with known but controlled Systemic disease are eligible for the study.
1. Patients of age group below 18 years and above 69 years of age.
2. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers are not included in the study.
3. Patient suffering from uncontrolled Systemic illness or life-threatening infections or any vital organ failure or any malignancy

Name Time Method Reduction in the TSH levels in all three groups. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Faster improvement in Group A and B as compared to Group C.Timepoint: 5 months for enrollment <br/ ><br>6 months for treatment and follow up <br/ ><br>1 month for data analysis
