Willingness to enter the study
Cesarean section operation (for reasons including previous cesarean sections, medical conditions, abnormalities of the placenta such as placenta praevia, and abnormal position of the fetus such as breech position)
Having a gestational age of 34 weeks or more
No history of anxiety and mental illness (if patients take anti-depressant or sedative medications on a regular basis, they are not included in the study)
No history of chronic and cancerous pains
Multigravida women
No willingness to participate in the research
In case of any complications during surgery and anesthesia, they will be excluded from the study
In case of the emergency cesarean section, the patient will be excluded from the study
In the case of preterm delivery, they will be excluded from the study
In the case of having a classic scar from the previous cesarean section, the patient will be excluded from the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Anxiety score and physiological parameters (including blood pressure, breathing rhythm, blood oxygen saturation, and heart rate) in pregnant mothers before participating in educational classes. Timepoint: Before participating in educational classes. Method of measurement: Anxiety score by completing the Beck anxiety questionnaire and physiological parameters using pertained tools.
