- •patient age more than 18 years of either gender undergoing elective Whipple surgery.
排除标准
- •Allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
- •Patients refusal.
- •Any contraindication to regional anesthesia in presence of antiplatelet , anticoagulant therapy, bleeding issues.
- •Physical and mental which may vague measuring postoperative pain following surgery.
- •Patient with morbid obesity.
