Inclusion Criteria
patient age more than 18 years of either gender undergoing elective Whipple surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
Patients refusal.
Any contraindication to regional anesthesia in presence of antiplatelet , anticoagulant therapy, bleeding issues.
Physical and mental which may vague measuring postoperative pain following surgery.
Patient with morbid obesity.
