- 性别
- Female
入选标准
- •1. Female, aged 45-55 years;
- •2. Western medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) (DSM-5);
- •3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) 14 total partitions: [14, 28) is the standard for mild to moderate anxiety disorder;
- •Did not use anxiolytics or psychotropic drugs within 4.2 weeks;
- •5. Did not participate in other clinical trials one month before being included in this study;
- •6. Sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1. Definitely diagnosed as other serious diseases, such as heart failure, tumor, renal failure, etc.;
- •2. A clear diagnosis of mental illness in the past, such as schizophrenia, agoraphobia, etc.;
- •3. Abuse or dependence on substances (alcohol or drugs) in the past 3 months;
- •4. Fear of acupuncture;
- •5. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
