Age 15 to 19 years
Gestational age 16-20 weeks according to first trimester ultrasound or LMP
Singleton pregnancy
interest in participating in the study
Anxiety level equal to 18 or above in the Vandenberg pregnancy questionnaire
low risk pregnancy
first pregnancy
Drug addiction or Addictive medicines
Suffering from known physical-psychological diseases
Use of any anti-anxiety medication
Occurrence of anxiety-provoking incident in the last six months
